Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. The service
TicketCrew provides a support-ticket system for Discord servers, consisting of a Discord bot and a web dashboard. By adding the bot to a server or signing in to the dashboard you agree to these terms.
2. Who may use it
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement for your country. To add the bot to a server you must have the Manage Server permission there. You are responsible for how your staff use it in your server.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TicketCrew to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
- Use it to collect personal data from your members beyond what your own privacy notice permits.
- Attempt to access tickets, transcripts or data belonging to another server.
- Circumvent rate limits, fair-use caps or authentication, or use the API in a way that degrades the service for others.
- Resell the service without a written agreement.
We may suspend a server that breaks these rules. Where we can do so safely, we will tell you why and give you the chance to export your data first.
4. Your content
Tickets, transcripts and configuration belong to you and your server. We do not claim ownership. We process them only to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy, and we do not use your ticket content to train models.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. TicketCrew depends on Discord, and an outage there will affect it. Current state is published on the status page.
6. Cost
TicketCrew is free and public. There are no paid plans, no per-seat pricing and nothing to cancel. A small number of fair-use caps exist so one server cannot exhaust shared resources - chiefly AI inference, which the operator pays a provider for. Those caps are published in the dashboard and are generous enough that ordinary use never reaches them.
7. Third parties
TicketCrew integrates with Discord, and optionally with an AI provider chosen by the server owner. Their terms apply to their part of the service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data arising from your own configuration - including auto-close and retention settings you chose that close or delete tickets. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Termination
You can stop using TicketCrew at any time by removing the bot from your server. Your data is retained so that re-adding it restores your setup; use the delete function in Settings if you want it gone immediately.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard before they take effect.
