The actual limits

"Free" usually hides a wall somewhere, so here is every one of ours. These are safety caps, not upsells - nothing here unlocks by paying, because there is nothing to pay.

The obvious questions

What is the catch?: There is not one. TicketCrew is run as a public bot with no revenue model. If that ever changes, existing servers keep what they have and the change gets announced well in advance - it will not appear as a surprise paywall over your tickets.
Are you selling my data?: No. Ticket content is never used to train models, never sold, and never shared between servers. The privacy policy says exactly what is stored and for how long, and you can export or delete all of it yourself at any time.
When is the AI assistant coming?: There is no release date yet. It will remain clearly marked as coming soon until it is ready to help staff without getting in the way of real support work.
Who runs the servers?: We do. There is nothing to install and nothing to keep online - add the bot, open the dashboard, and everything behind it is our problem rather than yours.
How can I help?: Use it, and tell us when something is wrong. A bug report from a server actually running support is worth more than a donation.
